By using Kilowatt Quote Adjusters (KQA) services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services.

KQA is a connection service that links homeowners with qualified contractors and service providers. We facilitate:

  • Coordination between homeowners and installation contractors

  • Guidance on utility grid connection processes

Important: KQA does not directly perform installation work. All contractor services are provided by independent, licensed contractors in our network.

Eligibility and Qualifications

To qualify for our FREE battery storage program:

  • You must own or have authorization to modify the property
  • Property must be located in Los Angeles County service area
  • Property must meet technical requirements for installation
  • Must qualify for applicable government incentive programs
  • Must provide accurate information during assessment

Program Information

No-Cost Program: Battery storage systems may be available at no upfront cost through government incentive programs and utility rebates. Availability depends on:

  • Current government incentive funding availability
  • Property assessment results and technical feasibility
  • Utility company approval and interconnection requirements
  • Local permit approval and building code compliance

KQA makes no guarantees regarding program availability, eligibility, or installation outcomes.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Allow access to your property for assessments and installation
  • Comply with all local building codes and regulations
  • Maintain the battery system according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Service Role: KQA is a connection service only. We do not perform installation work, provide warranties on equipment, or guarantee any specific outcomes. All work is performed by independent contractors.

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding energy savings, system performance, program availability, or installation timelines. Results may vary significantly based on individual circumstances.

Contractor Responsibility: Installation contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own work, warranties, and customer service. KQA is not liable for contractor performance or issues.

Program Changes: Government incentive programs may change, expire, or become unavailable without notice. Eligibility requirements may change at any time.

Limitation of Liability

KQA's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, these terms remain in effect for completed services and installations.
